Birth Doula Services - $1,000
- At least 2 (1.5 hr.) prenatal visits to discuss your needs & desires for birth
- Assistance creating your birth plan / helping you understand your options
- Text or phone call support during pregnancy and postpartum (up to 6 weeks) to answer questions or give referrals/advice.
- 24/7 on-call support from 37 weeks on
- In-person support during active labor including breathing techniques, encouragement, advocating + more
- I will stay up to two hours after baby is born to help with breastfeeding
- 1 follow up visit postpartum to celebrate your birth and discuss any questions you may have
